Presentation at poster sessions

Posters will be displayed on a designated area of a board in a exhibition room.  Please find your pesentation number on the board and then affix your poster within the specified area which marked with your presentation number.

Maximum size of posters is kindly requested to be 90cm width x 120cm height.  You can use only provided adhesive materials. 

Poster sessions will be scheduled for the afternoon from Monday through Wednesday.  Therefore, posters should be mounted until 11:00am of the presented day.  Also posters have to be removed until 6:30pm of the presented day.  If you do not remove your poster, persons of organizer will remove posters by the time indicated above and will deposit them in a registration room.  If unclaimed will then be destroyed. For posters that are not removed we assume no liability.

Presenters have to stand beside the poster to make scientific discussions.  If there is no presenter, manuscript might not be accepted for publication.
